Tackle The Tough Stuff First 🏋️♂️
I woke up with the goal of completing a 5K run at some point in the day but quickly my mind started giving me all the reasons why I could hold off.
Instead of listening to those voices (which I so often do), I chose to take on the elephant in my mind and complete the toughest thing first in my day.
As soon as it was done I felt this rush of energy and confidence that the day was going to be awesome! I also found my mind felt clear and I could be more present with the other items on my list. Turned out to have one of the most productive days in a while.
